What we collect

When you fill out a form, call or text us, we collect what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email, the property address and anything you tell us about your situation.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record basic technical information such as your browser type, pages viewed and the general area you're browsing from. We don't use this to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your property, prepare an offer, and carry out a sale if you choose to go ahead. We also use it to keep records required by law and to improve our website.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you provided about your property, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of selling to us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share your phone number or consent with third parties for their marketing.

We share information only with the people needed to complete your sale, such as the title company, attorneys and our own service providers (for example, our phone and email systems), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to talk with you, complete a transaction and meet legal and tax recordkeeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@brickyardhomebuyers.com or calling (314) 310-3240.

Children

Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
